Troubleshooting the Digital Twin connection.

If you're having trouble connecting to the Digital Twin, you'll need to check the following:

  • Double-check you're connected to the Internet.
  • Make sure you're not connected to a VPN, as these can block WebRTC connections. These are required for the Digital Twin.
  • Try changing to a different WiFi or mobile connection.
  • Check your firewall. You may have settings that block your connection. Please check you have the following ports open:
    • 19302 - 19303 to stun.l.google.com, allowing for STUN connections
    • 10000 - 65535 to *.engine.iventis.com, allowing for Websocket, WebRTC and TURN connections.
